Copper alloy foot from a cooking vessel of medieval to post medieval date (c. AD 1300 - 1700). The fragment probably derives from a cooking vessel such as a posnet or skillet. Trapezoidal in cross-section; it exhibits a diagonal break at the top and tapers in both width and thickness along its length. Traces of sooting and pitting on surface.
