A flint retouched flake of probable Neolithic date, about 4000 BC - 2200 BC. The tertiary flake is formed on opaque grey cherty flint with large light grey inclusions. It is sub-oval in plan and sub-rectangular in cross section with an irregular dorsal face. The flake is thin, but has short, semi-abrupt, parallel retouch on the left side. This was pressure flaked. The flake is 47.6mm long, 38.8mm wide and 6.6mm thick. 11g.
