Probably a silver halfgroat of Elizabeth I of the sixth issue dating 1582-1601.The obverse is very worn but has the remains of two pellets behind the bust image; the legend is illegible but would have read [E D G ROSA SINE SPINA].The reverse has a squared shield on long cross fourchée with the legend reading [CIVI/TAS]/L[ON/DON].
