Fragment of a single-loop copper alloy buckle. The fragment consists of a square plate, 23.1mm in length with two rivet holes at one end and the stumps of two lugs for a buckle frame bar at the other. The face of the plate is decorated with incised foliate decoration within a pointed polygonal border. Late Medieval to Post Medieval, circa 1350-1650.
