An incomplete Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy double-looped buckle (c. 1350-c. 1650). The pin is missing and there is a pinrest notch in the frame. The frame is convex at the front and flat at the rear. Each loop is similar in size, oval in plan but slightly distorted. The narrowed bar is sub-triangular in cross-section.
