Grey-green flint scraper fragment. A now sub-triangular flake with broad flakes struck from its dorsal side by hard hammer strike; the ventral side appears to have been chipped with the removal of a possibly bulbar surface. Short angled scalar retouch executed from the dorsal aspect followed a curving edge; it appears likely that the working edge is truncated by a more recent break or breaks, and that further edge-chipping post-dates this damage. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC.
