Post-Medieval copper alloy sword belt hanger. The object is roughly foliate in form with a trefoil shaped terminal and hook at the base, the hook has an animal head terminal. The face is highly decorated and consists of curvilinear vines that form a central heart shaped with an oval blow and a lis above, all of which are surrounded in leaves. There are two circular fixing holes, one at either end of the plate both are encrusted in iron corrosion that are the remains of the rivet.
