A highly abraded Post-medieval ceramic rim sherd, of a local Coarse sandy ware, probably dating to c. AD 1600-1850. A micaeous, sandy oxidised fabric containing frequent coarse quartz and iron stone inclusions, as well as ferrous clay pellets and larger stones. Weight: 20.99g.

Sherds of similar fabric were recovered from excavations in Exeter (Allan 1984: 149), probably from a shallow bowl or pan similar to Allan's (1984: 153) form 8.
