A silver Medieval coin; a sovereign penny of Henry VII (AD 1485 - 1509), dating from AD 1485 - 1500, issued at York under Archbishop Rotherham, one pillar on throne, rosette stops. See North number 1728. There are keys on the reverse under the shield. A small part of the coin is missing. It is 15.4mm diameter, 0.7mm thick and 0.6g.
