Late Iron Age / Early Roman Le Tene bow brooch, Length: 36 mm, width: 4 mm, thickness: 3 mm, wieght: 2.93 g
The brooch has a circular cross section and tapers in width towards its base. It comprises a curved bow which at its base is turned and narrows to form a rectangular catch plate. Its opposite end terminates in a narrowed backwards curve to house the central part of the spring, now missing.
