An Early-Medieval silver sceat of transitional Series D 2c, continental runic type. Dating c.700-715. Probably minted in the Netherlands. Abramson (2012. 58) No.8.10. Obverse: Radiate Bust right, runes before chevron bared A behind (lozenge shaped diadem tie?) . Pyramid neck. Reverse: Central cross, bold pellets in angles, blundered legend around, cross above.
