An incomplete knapped flint leaf-shaped arrowhead of Neolithic date, c. 4000 - 3000 BC. Manufactured on a by a tertiary flake of fine grained greyish flint that has now patinated white/mottled blue, it is ogival in plan- demonstrating a rounded butt and curving sides that taper towards the now missing tip. Both faces of the arrowhead have been secondarily worked by means of long/invasive low-angle pressure flaking, which has removed most of the original flake surfaces. One face has a longitudinal arrise while the other face is slightly convex, the former having been worked to a lesser degree than the latter.
