A complete and very worn six denier piece of Louis XIV of France and dated 1711 on coin.

Obverse: [LOVIS XIII R]OY DE FRANCE ET DE NAV]; Three pairs of opposing letter L forming an equilateral triangle, each pair topped by a crown, lis at each corner of the triangle, illegible mintmark at centre.

Reverse: SIX DENIERS [DE FRANCE] 1711; Cross 'anillee fleurdelisee' with lis at each arm, pellet at centre.

Diameter: 25.0mm; Weight: 5.27g. DA=12:3.
