A ceramic body sherd from a Vessel of probable Roman Nene Valley colour-coated ware (AD 150-400). The sherd is from the body and is composed of a hard creamy buff colour fabric with a gritty texture. The sherd retains no slip on either surface. The interior surface is undecorated but has regular striations from the wheel turning process.
