Copper alloy button. Flat discoid possibly die stamped button with a drawn wire loop flat against the back. A probably machine-finished decorative motif on the front comprises a border of closely juxtaposed pits with billeted edges, and an outer circle which is perhaps rouletted to repeat the billeted motif. The front retains white metal plating overall. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1750-1850.
