A complete copper-alloy button probably dating to the Post-Medieval period (c. AD 1600-1800). The head is roughly hemispherical in form with an integral sub-rectangular in section attachment loop that extends from the underside. The button measures 13mm in length and 10mm in diameter. The button weighs 2.36 grams.
