A complete flint Scraper of Mesolithic date (9,000-3,450 BC). The object is sub-rectangular in plan and concavo-convex in section. The dorsal surface contains three predominant negative scars. The proximal end has been blunted. All edges with the exception of the proximal edge have rough semi-abrupt retouch. The distal right hand edge contains a small semi-circular notch. The ventral surface is slightly concave with a small bulb of percussion situated at the distal end. Shallow ripples of percussions emanate from the distal end.

The flint is cream in colour with light grey inclusions throughout. There is no retained cortex and the flake is therefore a tertiary flake.
