An incomplete and very worn post-Medieval silver threepence of Elizabeth I (1558-1603). Second issue (1561-1582), initial marks and date illegible (North 1991, 135, ref: 1998).

Obverse: [ELIZABETH D G ANG FR ET HI REGINA]; Crowned bust left with a rose behind the head.

Reverse: [POSVI/DEV AD]/IVTORE/M MEV (I have made God my Helper); Square shield on long cross fourchée dividing the inscription with illegible date above shield.

Diameter: 17.9. Weight: 0.81g. DA=12:10.
