A modern copper alloy livery button of the Water Lane Brewery. The button is made of two pieces the front and the back plate to which the shank is attached. The front is concave.
The design on the front surface consists of the letters 'W' ' L' ' B', the letter L being larger than the other twp letters.The word 'WATER' is at the top above the letters and the word ' LANE' is at the the bottom below the letters. The words follow the curve of the rim.
On the reverse the attatchment shank is placed directly in the centre of the button and is circular in shape. The makers name is not visible.
Diameter 28mm depth 3mm, weight 3.04g.
