Copper alloy possible domino. Cast flat rectangular playing piece with drilled pits in its surface, in two zones subdivided by the relict trace of a central incised dividing line. There are eight pits to one side of the line and three or four to the other, neither respecting the conventional symmetrical layout of the modern domino, unless some markings had been redefined. They might have been arranged in triangular or diagonal groups of three and five or six pits, though in this case, the peripheral pits on the 'six' side would have been abortive. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1750-1850.
