An incomplete heavily struck silver penny of Henry VI, first reign (1422-1461). Minted at London probably with iniital mark IIIb during Leaf-Trefoil issue (1435-1438). North (1991) no. 1490/1. Coin exhibits evidence of heavy striking via ghost of reverse on obverse and obverse legend appears to exhibit spelling mistake die errors..

Measurements: 20.22mm in diameter, 0.51mm thick and 0.81g in weight.
