A copper alloy ingot of probable Early Medieval date. The ingot is formed of a rod of copper alloy 109mm in length. The ingot is roughly hexagonal in section. All sides of the ingot display fine hammer marks. One end is worn, smooth, and rounded. The other end has a step-fracture or cut.
