Copper alloy possible vessel fragment. A small chip from a thick casting with three external parallel ribs, here interpreted as from the outer or display face of a cauldron leg with a fluted outer surface. It is uncertain how such a small fragment might have become detached from such a robust component. Suggested date: Medieval, 1200-1500.
