A complete copper-alloy Button of Post-Medieval date (AD 1500-1600). The object is a one piece button composed of a discoidal head with a flattened back and convex front. The front has a central circular pellet boss. The shank is sub-ovate and circular in section and forms a loop.
The metal is a dark green in colour.
