An incomplete probable flint knife of probable neolithic date, c.4,000-2,400BC. Worked from a tertiary blade of pale grey, slightly translucent flint, with some iron staining on the ridge scars, missing its distal end to a natural break and with the proximal end worked away. Very diffuse conchoidal ripples present on the ventral face, and with a single blade-like removal on the dorsal face, again with extremely diffuse conchoidal ripples. Either lateral edge of the dorsal face exhibits long, semi-abrupt, scalar retouch. A posible notch has been worked into the right lateral edge at the proximal end.
