Copper alloy probable mount. Cast plate with a trefoil or lis terminal at one end and a larger, possibly cockle shell shaped terminal at the other. Relief decoration is moulded on the intervening narrower part of the mount. A rivet of diameter 1.7mm and length 4.1mm passes through the lis terminal. The object is sharply bent towards its larger terminal. Suggested date: Late Medieval, 1350-1450.
