Fragment of an unidentified copper alloy object, possibly a pinhead of Roman date. The head is a solid oval globule with a flat oval collar below. A narrowed shank of circular section extends below the collar, and leads into a second collar of smaller diameter than the first. The base is incomplete and worn, but traces of a shank of circular section are visible below.
