A fragment of a Pin of Early-Medieval date (AD 700-850). The retained fragment in head of the pin. The head is polyhedral, taking the form of a cuboid with truncated corners. A single ring-and-dot punchmark decorate each of the four vertical faces, with a single such mark on every remaining face. There is no clear collar, a minor amount of the circular-cross-sectioned shaft is retained.
The metal is a dark green in colour with areas of light green corrosion.
