A Post Medieval single silver cufflink dating to cAD1720-1800. The cuff link consists of an octagonal button with slightly convex front and concave reverse with down turned edges creating a border around the back of the cuff link. At the centre of the upper surface is an incised rose. The rose is shown with a circular centre with four larger semi-circular tipped lobed petals alternating with four smaller petals depicted as being behind the larger ones. Concave incised lines form a border around the edge of the cuff link. The reverse surface is undecorated. An oval sectioned bar that forms a loop is soldered to the centre of the back forming a rough D shape.
The cuff link measures 15.30mm in width, 4.69mm thick and 1.04g in weight.
