A Post Medieval silver coin; a half groat of Henry VII (AD 1485 - 1509), possibly issued under the King and Archbishop Morton jointly at Canterbury (AD 1490 - 1500), Class IIIc with no stops. It was minted at Canterbury, and has a tun initial mark. See North number 1712 on page 102 of North Volume 2 (1991). The coin is 19.8mm diameter, 0.6mm thick and 1.18g.
