A complete flint Scraper of Mesolithic to Neolithic date (9000-1500 BC). The lithic is sub-rectangular in plan, tapers in toward the distal end, and plano-convex in section. The dorsal surface is convex and has two predominant negative scars. The proximal and distal edges have been abruptly blunted. All edges with the exception of the blunted edges have fine semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is predominantly flat with a single negative scar situated at the proximal end. The lithic retains no cortex and is therefore a tertiary flake.
The flint is light cream in colour with light grey inclusions throughout.
