A Medieval silver coin; a penny of Edward IV, 2nd reign (AD 1471 - 1483) issued under Archbishop Thomas Rotherham and dating from AD 1480 -1483, Type XXI 4 with a T to the left of the neck and a key to the right. Mint of York. The coin has lost some of the edge. It is 14.6mm diameter, 0.6mm thick and 0.54g. See North (1991) number 1654 in Volume II, page 94.
