A cast lead alloy weight of uncertain date. The object is sub-conical, with a flat oval base and large circular aperture perforating from the top down through the vertical centre to the base. There is no decoration with the surface pitted. It is possibly that it may have been used as a spindle whorl as there is a slight incised line on the outer surface. It is a greyish white in colour. It measures 11mm high. The oval base measures 31.3mm long and 28.3mm wide. The centre aperture measures approximately 8.9mm diameter. The weight is 42.65 grams.
