A heavily worn and clipped Post Medieval silver half groat of Charles I (r. AD 1625-1649). Probably Bust D with uniedntifiable mintmark though might be bracketed (P) or (R) or triangle in circle givng it a rough date range between 1641-5. Two beaded inner circles. North 1991, p. 162, 2258.
