A ceramic wheel-thrown rim and neck sherd, probably dating to the Medieval period (49mm x 40.3mm; thickness: 12.9mm; weight: 21.76g). This unglazed beige sherd has a very gritty and hard-fired fabric with a particularly sandy and micaceous surface. The sherd’s thickness deceases as the sherd continues down to what would have been the main body of the vessel. The sherd is in a slightly worn but fair condition.
