An incomplete Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy double-looped buckle (c. 1350-c. 1650).
The pin is missing.
The frame is convex at the front and flat at the rear. Each loop is similar in size, oval in plan. The narrowed bar is sub-triangular in cross-section.
This frame is light brown with patches of a darker shiny brown patina.

Similar buckles have been published and dated c. 1350-1650 (Whitehead 2003: 53).
