An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy French jetton of the Duchy of Burgundy dating from AD 1300-1384. Not in Mitchiner although a later jetton with shield of France-Burgundy is illustrated in Mitchiner (1988:253 no. 794).

Obverse: Shield quarterly of France-Burgundy: all in 4-arched tressure: in external angle a letter'.

Reverse: Triple stranded straight cross fleuretty with fleur-de-lis arnaments: all in 4-arched tressure. in external angle a letter 'V'.
