A Roman silver coin: a legionary denarius of Mark Antony, struck at a travelling mint. It dates from 32-31 BC (Reece Period 1). These coins were struck to finance a campaign against Octavian. It is 16.4mm in diameter and 1.8mm thick. It weighs 2.19gm. The coin is very worn and the legion it honours cannot be identified.
