Late Iron Age or Roman copper alloy bow brooch, AD 1-100. Possible Nauheim derivitive. The brooch has a flat bow with a rectangular cross section and it has an integral spring which emerges from the narrowing plate and projects bakwards and then winds into a loop at its head. The brooch is missing its lower portion and is heavily corroded. Length: 26 mm, width: 6 mm, weight: 1.52 g.
