The face of the hub is decorated with three recessed diagonal lines running up from left to right, and recessed cross hatched lines on the other side.
The arms projects from the block hub, each arm has a moulded base in the shape of an animal head with a gaping mouth. From the mouth of the beast protrudes the circular cross section arm of the purse, the final half of which is decorated with a recessed cross-hatch pattern. On the underside is a pierced tab.
