Incomplete medieval copper alloy L- or angular C-sectioned pendent frame from a purse, broken at both ends, with two attachment holes. The front face is engraved with a diagonal double-line lattice in which no niello has survived. One end is distorted. On the edges of the reverse near the other end there are two opposed pairs of notches and two single. Extant length c.60mm. c.1450 - c.1500.
