Incomplete medieval gilt copper alloy oval buckle frame with almost all of the offset, narrowed bar and part of one side missing. There is a pin groove between a pair of slight lateral projections on the outside edge. Broadly comparable with Whitehead 2003, nos. 106-8. Length 17.5mm. Estimated width c.32mm. 13th - 14th century.
