A very worn copper-alloy Post-Medieval to Modern coin, probably a halfpenny of William and Mary (AD 1688-1694) dating AD1694, or William III, sole reign (AD1694-1702) dating AD1695-1701. Obverse shows an extremely unclear bust or double bust right, with big hair and tied bow of laureate at nape of neck, which fills the field. Obverse legend reads []V[]/[]. Reverse and reverse legend is completely illegible.

Die axis is uncertain, 6 o'clock would be expected if the above identification suggestion is correct. Weight is 8.20g, diameter is 28.8mm, thickness is 1.8mm.
