A copper-alloy cast contemporary copy of a sestertius of Trajan (AD 98-117), dating to the period AD 98-117 (Reece period 5). Illegible reverse type, probably copying a prototype of the mint of Rome. This coin appears to have been cast with the detail of the wreath ties and hair manually engraved on the coin (B. Woytek, pers. comm.).
