A probably complete copper-alloy pendant of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 -1700. The pendant is sub-rectangular, flaring out slightly to the lower edge, with an openwork grid design. The front surface is decorated with faint low relief beading and a large knob topped rivet at the centre. The shank of the rivet projects and is flattened to the reverse.
An integral loop projects from the centre of the upper edge and the reverse is slightly concave and undecorated.
The metal has a light green patina and is worn. The pendant is 26.7mm long, 17.9mm wide, 5.4mm thick and weighs 3.7g.
