Post-medieval copper alloy knife end stop, cast in the form of a trefoil, with corroded remains of iron scale tang in slot. Length (excluding tang) 17mm, width 16mm, thickness 9mm. Similar to Read 2001, no.656, but without the perforation. Close to an example from West Acre (NMS-0EDEE5). 16th century.
