A copper-alloy medieval French jetton of the 'Crown' type of Charles VI, dating to the period AD 1385-1415. Obverse depicting the royal crown with a large central fleur de lis, two lateral lis and three rosettes across the body of the crown. Reverse depicting a triple stranded straight cross fleuretty within a four-arched tressure. It has a diameter of 26.21mm, a thickness of 1.19mm and weighs 3.21g. Cf.Mitchiner vol.I p.181 no.474.
