An incomplete copper-alloy pot foot dating to the late Medieval to Post Medieval period (c. AD 1200-1700). The foot is rectangular in section and semi-circular in plan. The upper surface has a prominent vertical rib, whereas the lower surface is flat and plain. Where the pot foot would have met the vessel, there is a raised semi-circular rib. Similar excamples recorded on the PAS database include: PUBLIC-636DA3; NARC-1BC24A; and KENT-56996A. The pot foot measures 51mm in length, 43mm in width and a maximum of 19mm in thickness. It weighs 175.52g.
