A ceramic vessel rim sherd of uncertain date, Roman to Medieval, AD 43 - 1500.

Hard fabric, light grey in the core and dark orange on the surface, fine in texture, with frequent, small, grey grit and quartz inclusions. Everted and squared rim. 53.5mm long, 35.1mm wide and 11mm thick. 24.71g.
