Copper alloy horse harness pendant suspension mount in the form of a long vertical bar with bevelled sides. The top end is expanded to form a rounded terminal with an elongated knop tip, there is a further expanded ridge 2/3 of the way down the bar, both of these expanded panels have a central rivet hole for suspension, both holes a encrusted in iron corrosion suggesting that that the rivets were made of iron. On the opposite lower end are two downward projecting pierced taps that would have mounted the harness pendent in between.
Small patches of gilding is visible on the surface.
